Spain, Portugal, and parts of France are completely without power and internet – Who was it that wanted to introduce a 100% digital and cashless society?

Spain, Portugal, and large parts of France were completely without power and internet for several hours on Monday. Sabotage? Accident? Putin? False flag? Who the hell knows. The cause is still under investigation.

What is crystal clear, however, is that the digital society shows its weakness and the enormous problems that can arise if something small goes wrong somewhere, where all traffic lights are down, ATMs stop working, subway systems come to a halt, darkness falls as evening approaches, smaller hospital clinics are knocked out, all cash register systems fail, and most importantly, the internet connection and communication with the outside world suddenly cease.

Not too long ago, there were both people in power and among the general public who naively wanted to introduce a fully digital society and, for example, eliminate cash as a means of payment, instead handing over all control to the banks and their owners.

Anyone who opposed this was smeared as a conspiracy theorist, as social welfare cases, or as criminals (since criminals often use cash to avoid scrutiny of their illegal activities).

Now we once again see that the digital, modern society cannot be trusted, and can lead to even greater disasters than what we’ve just witnessed on Monday in southern Europe.

Let this be a warning bell to everyone who relies on technology, those in power, and their dishonest and, above all, fragile systems. Moving entirely to a digital society where cash is abolished and where AI and robots take over will only lead to catastrophe for all of us.
