Football stars suspended – Refused to wear agenda-driven LGBTQ badges

Two football stars in the French top division are being suspended from elite football for a few matches. The reason: They taped over the rainbow-colored LGBTQ flag on their shirts.
France has ordered all football players to wear jerseys during the final round of the league featuring an emblem displaying the LGBTQ rainbow flag. The purpose is to “fight homophobia” in football.
The Serbian star Nemanja Matić in Lyon, who previously played for Manchester United, and the Egyptian star Ahmed Hassan in the club team Le Havre, did not comply.
They chose to tape over the rainbow colors and refused to take part in the LGBTQ propaganda. For this, they are now being punished by the French Football Federation with suspensions in the 2 upcoming matches.
It is also reported that Ahmed Hassan is to “take part, within six months, in a campaign to raise awareness of the fight against homophobia in football…” according to recommendations from the federation, reports Ligue 1. Hassan is said to have accepted the recommendations.
It is unclear why the players acted as they did in these two cases. However, in previous instances, it has been due to religious, cultural, and other values that clash with the LGBTQ agenda.
Because in Europe, certain values seem to take precedence over others in the hierarchy, with individuals expected to appease and submit to these at the expense of their own beliefs.
