Donald Trump Jr calls John Fetterman “the vegetable Senator from Pennsylvania”

In a podcast discussion with Marjorie Taylor Greene, Donald Trump Jr called his political opponent from the Democratic party, US senator from Pennsylvania, John Fetterman “the vegetable Senator from Pennsylvania”.
Taylor Greene then interspersed and said, “He is back in the hospital by the way”.
Trump Jr responded, “I wish him well. I don’t mean him any harm,” adding that one should expect a US senator to “have a basic cognitive function. I dont think that’s negotiable”. And you can call me whetever the f*ck you want, that’s a no-brainer…”.
Taylor Greene then replied, “We need somone that is thinking very well”.
Fetterman is reported to have been checked into hospital for clinical depression treatment on Friday, according to CBS.
